It's more than just cutting a check for your employees. You need to collect I-9s, W-4s, and sometimes other state and federal witholding forms everytime you hire someone new. Then you need to know how much to withold, for what reasons, and where to send it. We can handle every step of the process from our office. We already have several companies that send their new employees to us to fill out initial paperwork.

Bank Reconcilliation
Don't feel bad if you don't know how much is in your bank account. Balancing checkbooks is one of the things we do most often for our clients. Whether you have a check register or a binder with check stubs, bring them in with your bank statement and we'll take care of it.

Bank Deposits
At the end of the day, you'd rather just go home. But as a business owner, there's always more to take care of. After counting down drawers and filling out daily sales reports, you've still got to prepare the deposit and take it to the bank.

If you'd like to get that hour back every day, you can trust us with this process. Simply count your cash, print your report of the day's sales and bring it to us. We'll double-check the count, compare it to the day's sales, prepare the deposit, and run it to the bank for you. Just think, you could be home already!

Accounts Payable/Receivable
Maybe you'd like an extra hand with sending out bills. There's already too much on your mind with finding new customers and filling orders. Or when that special project comes up, you realize you'll need to bill out a much higher volume than you usually have. Wouldn't it be nice to let someone else handle it for you? We use fantastic software that makes the process much simpler.

Then there's the other side. You never can find that one bill that you know is due. When you do see it again, it shows up the day before you phone gets turned off. If you put them all together and bring them to us, there are a number of ways we can help. We can present you with a list of bills every week so you know when to send them, or let us send them for you. We could also prepare a budget for you, so you know what to expect and when.
